You are one sick, deluded, puppy. I specifically state that DSLRS are not cheap small mass market items for the masses, which they are not, and then you state that since I just bought a 2 yr old Pentax DSLR model, (which is NOT my primary camera or reference of quality ) I must be wrong. What the hell is wrong with your brain? I have over $5K in top quality full frame Pentax lenses ( thouands more in large format) which are NOT obsolete and I have paid more for just ONE of the them than any K10D kit or what the typical person pays for their entire camera outfit. You "NEW" IS GOOD-EXPENSIVE and "OLD" IS SHIT-CHEAP-OBSOLETE mentality is really quite stupid. What are you 17 years old or something? Do you really honestly believe that DSLRS and lots of lenses is what the average person is buying or thats what the mass market is all about? It's not. DSLR camera/lens systems are not mass market items, they are higher picture quality items for those willing to pay for that and that is why I stated that I believe FF models will be the natural progression in the long run for all the DSLR makers. DUH! jco

Is that why you bought an obsoleted, older consumer model Pentax DSLR because it was as cheap as you could find? And hang onto obsoleted lenses that do not fully support the functions of even the body you chose? Your opinions are laughable.
