You've made me hungry. And it is past my regular eating time. Damn you ;-)

You had me going for a while with the title. I figured it out at last. I saw
a documentary about him about a month ago. An interesting program.

Subject: GESO - Call Any Vegetable

A small gallery, six pictures, from about a year ago at San Francisco's
Farmers' Market.

This is again from the series of
what-I-have-printed-up-recently-and-put-on-my-wall(s). The chard started out
as a much bigger horizontal. But to frame
them and put them up I needed another vertical. So I zoomed in on it and
cropped it. I now like the crop better. They are framed as 6x4s, three in a
frame,
with three horizontal, and three vertical.

This was a camera club outing, a Reed's camera club. Now that the store
went
belly up a couple of months ago, the guy that started this club (and who
also taught a lot of classes) is trying to keep it going. I haven't been
since
last year, but will this year. I found it fun; it has a lot fewer rules
than
more formal camera clubs.

Nothing really exciting, but I have found I really enjoy looking at these
pictures on my wall -- almost more than any other pictures I have up, which
is
sort of strange. Well, vegetables have primary colors and basic geometric
shapes, so I suppose that makes them good graphics. Or it is the diet I am
on.
;-)

I wasn't trying too hard that day, but I think that only really shows in
one
of these photos.

Comments, welcome.

P.S. One of these has the most extensive cloning I have done to date
(including telephone wires).
P.S.P.S. If you are old enough you know what the title comes from. :-)
