Hello all,

I was at a friend's wedding in the Thousand Islands over the weekend
(it's a beautiful area, close to my alma mater as well) and shot a
couple rolls of NPH during the ceremony and reception (it was an outdoor
wedding, thankfully the sun came through for us). I thought it would be
a nice little present to the bride if I was to get the prints done on
that nifty Kodak Professional paper with the nice textured finish from a
good pro/wedding lab. I've heard TruColor in Hackensack bandied about as
a good lab that's part of Kodak's Q-Lab network, but does anyone know of
other very good labs in the Morristown, NJ area? The shots might not be
spectacular, but even if a handful turn out well, it will be worth it. :)

As a sidenote, I'm no expert photographer by any means, but watching the
wedding pro work had me a bit unsettled. She was shooting with a Nikon
35 mm camera, didn't have a flash bracket, was only taking one exposure
of some shots, and when it came to the group photo of all 40 or so of
us, she was facing into the sun and had to shield her own eyes when
taking the picture(!). Maybe she's got a great handle on what she's
doing, but she didn't really inspire much confidence in me (of course, I
kept my mouth very firmly shut during the proceedings).

Thanks,

Kevin
