I know this has been asked but a quick search in my Gmail (2 years pdml) didn't show anything that useful.
Let's say I have a shot I would like to print in big size. At least A3, if not A2. It is a 6Mpix from ist-D, DNG format (so no JPEG compression artifacts, yet). I understand output to a TIFF with embedded color profile is better. but what size I reasonable from a 6Mpix file and if not enough shoud I go for interpolation myself or should I let the printer from my local Lab to do interpolation itself? Image is grainy so there will be grain anyway: that's wanted effect. -- Thibault Massart aka Thibouille ---------------------- *ist-D,Z1,SuperA,KX,MX, P30t and KR-10x ;) ... -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net
