I'm doing some research and keep coming across odd units of measure that I need to convert to more common ones. For example, in measurements of concentration of dissolved solids I'm used to using mg/L but came across a French research paper that has everything in nanoMoles! I have searched the Internet in vain looking for something to give me the conversion factor.
