I really like this one. Having been in Kansas City for about 10 years and living through a number of ice storms, I feel that you really have portrayed this well.
The lines of the road and fence draw your eye right down to the menacing clouds. The fence is close enough to see the coating of ice and the grass/bit of tree also show the effects.
