Thanks all for the useful comments. I made a new pass at it. Navigation is more accessible and obvious--although this being a photoblog, the main idea is just "click on the picture to see the previous one." Fonts are a tiny bit bigger, too. I'm trying to keep in within 1024x768--I assume it's fair for leave the 800x600 people to scroll, it is 2007 after all.
I think I'll port my blog to this over the weekend, and replace all posted images with the bigger size.
