You're not getting much separation from the background. Might help to 
try a different conversion. Use a different filter, if indeed you're 
using one of those plugs in. I would also rotate it to the left a 
degree or two -- both pumps are leaning right. And I might crop out 
everything to the left of the pumps. I'd also bring down the highlights 
on the building. Tough shot to work with, given the range.
