I agree with this wholeheartedly. I've never found the "pseudo-IR" plug-in to make stuff really look like IR except in rare circumstances (and even then you can tell it's not IR if you see the original color image). But I do *like* the Pseudo-IR plug-in: I just regard it as another B&W rendition style.
