Yeah, I've taken up cave painting. There's something very rewarding
about using alder branches to apply freshly ground and mixed ochre to
the rough walls of a cave. I've had the power company disconnect the
electricity here at home, and I've moved into the basement where I
have my workshop. I've made some beautiful knives from recently
quarried flint, and later this evening I'll don my loincloth, paint my
face, jump on my tarpon, and hunt the elusive wild boar. If the hunt
is unsuccessful I'll hop in the car and head for the local deli and
get a good corned beef sandwich and a sour pickle.
