Well, it sounds like it might use my current Quantum Battery 2 which
is 9 volts.  I would just need to get a proper connector to fit the
flash.  The recycle time on that battery with the AF400T is about 1
second.  I believe my AF400T can use the Power Pack II so it sounds
like it might work.
