Thanks Ann. That's the funny thing about cropping I guess. Its's so subjective.
My reason for not cropping tightly is that, as it is, the composition nicely follows the rule of thirds, and negative/empty space sometimes is a good tool. As I look at the photo the empty space makes me wonder what lies beyond. But that's me. :-) Glad you liked it. Thanks.
