Thanks to both of you. 

No - definitely not photoshopped. It was taken around early dusk, just
as the lights were coming on, but while the sky was still light. That
partly explains the dullness.

I never crop pictures, but I did take some others of different
framings and orientation. I preferred this one, but I don't like it
enough to spend any time working on it.
