It's been a while since I used a camera awith a battery grip - or a winder screwd on to the bottum of the kamera. I have discovered that it improved the ergonomics a lot. When placing the camera in my left hand, my fingers get much more room to handle the lens - focusing, zooming etc. That' very nice. Regards
