Just had a chance to look through the book.

Lots of pretty pictures, lots of before and after, very little on in between.

Couple of step by steps, not many like Fraser or Kelby have in their
books, but a few.

Mostly he desaturates and uses third party filters and plugins.

Not really a great go to reference book.

The work flow replies i have saved from Steady and Godders, contain
more info, IMO.
