I dont understand, how does any camera only have focus issues with certain lenses? Is it really having focus issues with all lenses but DOF is masking them? jco

I tried it, easy to get in, a bit harder to get out, probably due to slightly different timing in debug mode :-) Just like with the K10D, once in debug-mode, there are three extra menu items in the regular 'set-up' menu that you will see if you go to the menu and press the 'up' arrow. However, unfortunately, there is NO AF-SHIFT selection amongst those extra items, just test stuff I think. So I am afraid that for the *istD the only way of adjusting the focus is the mechanical way, using the three screws under the base-plate of the camera ... I will not do that though, it has minor back focus issues with the FA 85 and FA 50 but I can live with that.
