The idea of eating brain (and offal in general) I've never found
particularly appealing.

Spending time on a farm & helping to slaughter sheep I watched a guy
use a hatchet on the decapitated head to get at the brain. That turned
me off it for good.  :-/

Although from that experience I learned why sheep could butt heads
without doing damage to themselves.
