All are correct. Heinz advertising at one time promoted "57 varieties," in reference to the number of food products they made at that time. They also produced a product known "Heinz 57," which is a very good steak sauce. It's similar to A1 but has a tomato base and is more peppery. And that's more than anyone wanted to know:-).
