I'd bet that the PEF/DNG files have the correct lens codes, but
the table of lens names built into Lightroom doesn't contain them
(so, of course, Lightroom correctly reports "Unknown"; that doesn't
mean Lightroom can't identify which lens took the photos, but only
that it doesn't know the human-readable name of the lens).

You could try ExifTool, too.  It knows about those two lenses (which
correspond to ID code 7/243 for the DA 70, and 7/244 for the DA21).
