It's outdoors and the staute has been eroded by centuries of rain. It's 
part of a building exterior and the flowers (lilacs?) are growing up 
the side of the wall and arounf the statue.

The conversion took a lot of work. I did two conversions, each with a 
different color filter, and blended them differently in various parts 
of the image.
