"Goalkeeper," by Gabor Ritz was my favorite of the month. It is a striking shot with a strong sense of mood. I also like the composition very much. The void in the outline of the leaves reflects the shape of the figure and the goal, and the high contrast in the leaves highlights the low contrast in the figure and the goal. Impressive work, in my view.
