I got the Ricoh KR-10x second hand and like it if I want to travel light or
as second film body.
They seem to be quite underrated and you can get them cheap.
I preferred the ME Super overall because the shutter is more silent and the
LED finder reading are better viewable in low light than the needle reading
of the Ricoh for me. But the Ricoh has a comfortable meter reading lock
button on the left and the exposures on negative film where correct so far.
I only use the Ricoh with Pentax lenses and can't comment on the Ricoh
lenses, the build quality of the body is good enough. I dislike other newer
AF Ricoh bodies, the KR10-x is the best and simplest of for me. With heavy
or longer lenses you could miss a winder grip to hold it.
I used it with a Metz flash on a grip connected via X-connector last week,
the Metz module provides only flash ready light and 1/125 automatic setting.
Overall, I can recommend it and as with an older Pentax body, nobody will
take you seriously with it :-)

greetings
Markus
