IIRC, Ilford recommends washing within 9 degrees fahrenheit of your processing temp. They have some informative processing pdf's on their site: http://www.ilford.com/html/us_english/bw.html It's probably mentioned somewhere in there. I try and keep it within 5 degrees, since tap water can fluctuate a bit. Also, there was a good thread on this washing technique not too long ago on r.p.d.
