oh yeah, one other thing, I would never use such a wide lens
for something like this but the car was roped off and I had
to shoot from very close up right at the ropes to get the ropes
out of the foreground.

Could be, this was one of the first days I used
the camera ( day before the superbowl ) and it wasn't shot RAW, it was
shot using jpeg, which is a known flaw of the camera. I think my
processing is a little better now and I will try this one and the tamron
17mm with RAW of course.

Nevertheless, heres a larger version of the same
image that may show better. NOTE: you can even see the little teats on
the unused front tires.
