I just heard they do this by sending you a spam mail - a bill.exe or invoice.exe (regning.exe in Danish). I actually got one once, but did not open it. If you open this mail (if you're careless enough) a program is installed, which will allow the sender to access control your computer - and follow every step you make. When you log into your Paypal account - that's it! The intruder can easilyu drain your account. Some of these frauds are related to some poker site. The police can't/won't do nothing about it. I set up an account with PP. Does all the buyer need to know is my eMail address? He sends the $$ to the email address, PP notifies me, and then I can use the money to, for example, pay my eBay bill, or buy things, or to pay other people. Is this pretty much the way it works? Anything else I should know?
