Interesting. The word is frequently used nowadays to describe anyone 
who observes another without their knowledge. But the dictionary 
definition is explicitly sexual. Thus, even if you hide in a garbage 
can, shooting people on the street can't legitimately be described as 
"voyeuristic." Perhaps some list members are a bit fixated on sordid 
things:-). And you keep your hands off those shoppers Mr. Cotty:-)).
