Yes - I think you misunderstand the rule. To quote (emphasis mine): > Pages on other websites that display images > *hosted on PENTAX* must provide a link back to the PENTAX Photo > Gallery. I read that as saying that if you deep-link to an image on the Pentax site you must also provide a link to the gallery as a whole. It doesn't say you can't have another copy of the same image on your own site - it just says you can't use the Pentax gallery as a photo hosting site for your own purposes without mentioning the gallery.
