It has a lot of potential, Paul. The composition is great, the bird is pretty (but house finches are evil imports and all of them should be destroyed! :-) ). It's a nice pose, the background is good, the perch is good, but... The noise is too much for me and there is a general softness overall. Really, though, it is a nice shot.
