Thats the SD card!!!! :-)

Copy the FWDC162B.BIN file to the same place where you see the "DCIM"
folder (not into the "DCIM" folder)

When you can see both the FWDC162B.BIN file & the "DCIM" folder, your
ready to install the firmware.
