That was straight Dektol, no dilution. However, we found that by diluting 
1:1 and 1:2, and then playing with the times only slightly, the results 
would be a little better. If I remember correctly, at 1:2 and 80 degrees F, 
the time was about 1:15 followed by stop and rinse.
Also, this technique was always used in a deep tank in total darkness, not 
using developing reels/tanks like the Nikkor Tanks. Open tanks in the dark 
allow you to quickly and evenly immerse the reel into the solutions and keep 
timing accurate. Also use constant gentle agitation in all the solutions.

PS  If you cannot find the KBR, just develop some fogged film in a mixture 
before you develop the real stuff.
Works almost as good.
