We have DST too, not just GMT. Only we call it British Summer Time
(just to prove we have one, I suppose). Ours begins at the end of the
month, so you'll only have 2 weeks' grace.

At work we've had to convince a number of our US clients that our
servers are patched up to date, and that none of them are in your time
zone. They've been rather twitchy about the DST change, even though
we've been running with a weeks' offset for years.
