Thanks. The skyline is likely to be protected soon, too. For several
years the mayor (with whom I agree on many things, but not this), has
been pushing to build very tall skyscrapers in London, in the face of
much opposition. Recently the UN has smacked the UK's wrists for not
protecting our World Heritage sites properly (I live in one!) and
legislation is due which will protect the skylines of these sites.
