I agree. It's so much easier dealing with someone face to face than
having to deal with sales people via email or back & forth phone
calls. Especially if your having problems.

My new 31 Ltd. developed a fault last week where the aperture ring in
the "A' position wouldn't communicate with the camera. I boxed it up
and took it back to the store the next day. After they confirmed that
it wasn't a camera problem, they got on the phone with their supplier
& described the problem. A new unit is now on it's way from Melbourne.
It should be here tomorrow or the next day.
