I wear glasses and have the O-ME53 eyepiece. I like it a lot.

When looking straight into the viewfinder, I see about 98% of the
image. The very tips of the corners are vignetted, but It's not
something that's a concern for me. I need to move my eye a bit to see
the data at the bottom of the screen, however. When looking at the
image, i see the top half of the data. When my eye is in a position
to view the data, I lose the top eighth of the viewfinder. I don't
have a problem with that, however, as when I am looking at the data, I
am not usually composing. When I am composing, I'm not usually
changing the inputs.

There is no loss of brightness as far as I can tell. The image is
nice and large! On comparison with my MZ-6 film SLR, the K10D
viewfinder is now larger, though not quite as bright (by just a bit,
though). For reference, the MZ-6 viewfinder is 0.7 x [92%]. My MZ-5
viewfinder is larger than the K10D with O-ME53 (listed as 0.8 x[92%]).

Hope this helps.
