Why would you need to load Canon software on someone's machine? I have been using Both Canon and Pentax DSLRs for several years and have never loaded any Canon or Pentax software on my Macs. I simply insert a card into the reader and then drag and drop the files onto the hard drive. >From there, I rename files (ReNamer For Mac) and view/adjust in CS. It would be easy enough to do this to anyone's pics on a memory card, I can do this for you if you like. Of course, you can adjust your own pics, it's plenty easy on a Mac.
