You don't need faster glass, because you make very good use of what you
have.

Here's a quick post of some photos I shot at the basketball tournament I 
worked last week.
I was at work something like 95 hours in seven days facilitating the event. 
Once the games are going on, if everything is running alright, I have some 
down time.  After some much needed rest, I tried shooting some sports for 
the first time in a while.
As I stated before, I longed for some faster glass.  These were all shot 
with the DA 50-200.  Given that I hadn't shot a basketball game in something

like two years and never have done much before that, I think I did ok. 
Sure, there are lots of issues here including some unsettling noise in some 
frames, but eh, it was fun practice.  I was, after all, on the overtime 
clock ;) .
I didn't edit these at all.  PS Elements re-sized to make it's gallery.
