Depending on how it has been stored it should be fine. I shot out seeveral rolls of old T-Max 100 (35mmm format) in the last few years, some of which were 5-6 years out of date. They were stored in a freezer though, and were fine.
It it spent the last year on the back seat of a car parked in New Mexico... I'd probably shoot it at SIO 80 and push up the development time a bit for the first test. Then adjust off that.
