Walt, I have run PSE5 (with the patch) on a Vista machine without issue. I don't recall if I loaded PSE5 and then the patch or PSE5, run the program and then realize the patch was available.
Either way, I don't do much PSE on the Vista machine, but it does work. Thanks!
