There's your problem right there. Set the printer color management to "No Color Adjustment." When "Print with Preview" in Photoshop, select "Let Photoshop Manage Colors" in the dialog that comes up, and select the color profile that matches your printer and paper type. After you click "Print" in the dialog in Photoshop, select "No Color Adjustment" in the printer dialog. Make sure it is set for the resolution and paper type that you want. There should be a way of saving the settings as a preset.
