I ran it through Babel Fish, and the sense I get from that is:

== At PMA07 Pentax showed a 645 Digital with a Kodak 30MP CCD. A
non-working model was shown at PIE 2005, but this time a working example
was shown as evidenced by the picture of the model holding it with an
image displayed in the rear liquid crystal monitor. It was not a sample
you could try out for yourself. Release date is still undecided.

Furthermore, the D-FA 645 55mm f2.8 lens installed is the single working
example. The 645D was developed to work with the existing 645 film
lenses. Release of the lens is planned to be simultaneous with the
release of the 645D. ==

Which might be the reason for the delay; the camera is ready, but the
lens is still being developed.

Image captions (clockwise from upper left):
- 645D. This time a functional model, recognizably function packed
- A model demonstrates a functional camera possibly for the first time.
- The camera has a tripod hole on the side [something to do with medium
format??]
- Rear view. Functionally similar to the K10D
    Looks like it will take both CF and SD cards

Caption for the sensor comparison:
- On the left is the 30MP (3,000 ten thousand pixels) CCD for the 645D.
APS-C size CCD (on the right) for size comparison.
