You can find used hoods in the bits & pieces boxes in your local camera shop (if you still have one).
Failing that you can buy new ones made by companies like B+W, Heliopan and Nikon. On my 70-210 I used a B+W long metal hood, and something similar on my 35-105. I should think B&H would stock B+W hoods (I haven't checked). Otherwise, try Teamwork for Heliopan. I think some of Shel's hoods came from Teamwork. Apparently it's Annie Leibowitz's favourite shop when she's in London. It's definitely a Real Camera Shop - I used to work just around the corner from them. http://www.teamworkphoto.com/heliopan.html#13 -- Bob > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On > Behalf Of [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Sent: 23 March 2007 06:06 > To: [email protected] > Subject: More Lens Hood Advice > > When Shel and I got together to go to Napa he was shocked I > didn't have lens > hoods. > > Well, heck, I bought two of my lenses on KEH and they didn't > come with > hoods.
