As is, the shot is a bit over-busy. The one labeled "Girders 1" is the better of the two, to my eye, as its deeper tones and cropping simplifies it into something more cohesive. I think with some further editing ... cropping/rendering work ... this could be a very fine photograph. You might have to get radical with it...
