Just went back to it.

The colors and tones are lovely. The composition is very  
interesting ... you are highlighting the no-space and tracery of guy  
lines and reflections. What was bugging me before was the right  
side ... too much of the boats was drawing my eye away from all the  
delicate tracery of lines and reflection.

I tried cropping it further to almost a square, mostly from the right  
edge, and rotated it just a tiny amount counter clockwise. That  
settled into what I felt was a nicer composition.

Worth giving it a try, see whether that makes a difference to you.
