Sorry I've not commented earlier. This is a great shot - sure, it may be less than perfect in the minds of some, but that's life. Life's not perfect. You caught a special moment - what you've got is not a studio portrait but a document of a fleeting moment in the life of a baby elephant and it's mother.
You want a "real" critique? Lose the huge and distracting copyright logo. Use something more subtle. Use "professional" elephants that will respond and behave exactly as desired on command.
