earlier today I made a hole in a body cap and took some pictures. The
first in each pair is the scene through a lens. The 2nd is the scene
through the pinhole:

Interestingly the pinhole seems to have a focal length of about 50mm.
The f-stop, according to my calculation, is about 128, based on the
difference in exposure times at ISO 100.
