I refrained from comment on the last one Nick - I didn't think it really worked. But this one is goooood! It's all viewable without scrolling, clear navigation, and a pretty picture to grab the eye immediately. I would suggest you look at the content of the text on the home page though - make it shorter, leave out the experience bit and just say what you want to offer.
