Adam supplied the first way. Two others: 2- open them all in ACR, select all, click "Save x files", and set the output to be DNG in another directory 3- select all in the LR grid view, choose Export, DNG format, then replace the originals. Most convenient way I've found to end up with compressed DNG is to capture in PEF format and import into Lightroom with automatic DNG conversion. I have it save the PEFs off into the archive storage and generate the standard previews, add basic metadata and keywords, all at the same time.
