Thanks Markus, you're much too kind :-) Two hours - 2GB of jpeg shots. When I got home, my computer said something like "Can't open file - wrong file format" ??? Most of the images (ththe thumb nail) did only showed half images - one half was grey! My file rescue software (Image Recall 3) didn't help. Eventually I stuck a cord in the K10D (something I have never done before - I'm afraid to damage the camera) - and BINGO - this way I did manage to retrieve my files OK. I wonder what went wrong? I guess the SD-card must have neen too full? Regards
