That's the one thing I really disliked about my Z-20, Rewinding the leader into the cassette. You can get film leader retrievers: <http://www.adorama.com/Search-Results.tpl?page=searchresults&searchinfo=Leader> ..and they work pretty good. What I used to do when I didn't have access to one, was stick a piece of double sided sticky tap on a scrap piece of film across it's full width. Insert it through the felt light seal, sticky side pointed toward the centre of the spool, and gently wind the film until I felt it stick to the tap, then pull it out. It takes a bit of practice but once you get the technique perfected, it's a fairly quick operation.
