Nikon 2mp point & shoot Windows Explorer to copy the file from the camera to the PC Could have used Irfan to edit the picture, but didn't Notepad for the exquisitely hand-tooled html Windows Explorer's ftp to copy it to the website
Warning: 400k file, 1600x1200, which is fine for my screen. Don't care about yours... http://www.web-options.com/cheap.htm For one picture this is not difficult. But for galleries the hand-tooled html approach is too cumbersome - I've done it before. The photo-editing in Lightroom is obviously better than Windows Explorer and Irfan, but Irfan is pretty good for the odd quick & dirty. -- Bob > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On > Behalf Of Scott Loveless > Sent: 03 April 2007 19:10 > To: Pentax-Discuss Mail List > Subject: Cheapskate Challenge > > I've been thinking lately about the cost of doing photography and > finishing photographs for web publication.
